I’ve been here for about a month now, and it’s been a great experience so far. I especially wanted to give a shoutout to Selena and Keaton. Selena made the move-in process incredibly easy and was communicative the whole way through, which made everything much less stressful. About a week after moving in, I put in my first maintenance request, and Keaton was at my door within 10 minutes. He fixed the issue quickly and even took the time to answer a few of my probably unnecessary questions and check out a couple of other things while he was there. Really appreciate the great service from both of them.

Moving here has been an amazing experience! The staff is incredibly welcoming, responsive, and always willing to help. My family and I moved in at the beginning of the month, and everything has gone smoothly from day one. Even though our unit had been vacant for a while, there were very few issues to address. When our refrigerator started freezing unexpectedly, Zach, the Head of Maintenance, responded quickly and handled the issue efficiently. Even when he wasn’t available, he made sure to send another team member to assist right away, which really showed their commitment to great service. Communication here is excellent, and the team truly makes it a priority. After about three weeks, I can confidently say it’s been a great experience. I also love the location—we’re close to new food spots, a Walgreens just up the road, and the Katy Trail nearby, which is a huge plus. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with our decision to move here!

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again — great maintenance makes all the difference. Keaton came through and fixed my dryer, repaired my kitchen refrigerator cabinet, and helped address my water pressure issue. Keatom explained everything clearly and let me know to run the water for a bit so it could fully clear up. On top of that, he was professional, respectful, and had a great attitude the whole time. Got everything done quickly and efficiently. Really appreciate the quality work and positive attitude — definitely deserves recognition!

We have been at Archive for about 3 weeks now. It has been such a great experience. Jessica, Kia, Chris, and the other leasing agent up front (so sorry!) have been excellent to work with. Moving in can be stressful, but they’ve made sure to be accommodating to some last minute needs I had - that is going above and beyond! Thank you!! Maintenance has been AWESOME. They fixed the few things we had open on our walk-through same day… communication from everyone has been clear, direct, and they know you by name when they see you out and about. recently visited this apartment complex Trakia was my the person who took me a tour, and it was an amazing experience. The complex had a modern design with spacious layouts and plenty of natural light. The amenities were top-notch, including a well-equipped gym, a beautiful pool area, and even a cozy lounge for residents. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. Overall, the atmosphere was welcoming, and I could really see myself living there."

The Archive is an absolute beauty. I did a virtual tour before touring in person with Kia . After my in person tour I can’t wait until my lease is up . The archive will definitely be my new home . Thank you Kia for the information and great experience!

I had the pleasure of touring this property about two weeks ago, and I was truly impressed. I have lived at the Archive for a year now and I absolutely love it! The team is super nice and always willing to help! Two 24 hour gyms is the best! Great location to all the fun downtown activities. I think this is a great property to live at. The Maintenance team is super fast and we always have a lot of fun at the resident events.

Maintenance is always 5 stars. I never have to deal with any lingering issues. They are also very timely 👍 when it comes to fixing problems that arise.

I would like to recognize the outstanding work of Jessica, who assisted and guided us with kindness, respect, and professionalism throughout the entire application and apartment approval process. From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcome, especially thanks to the thoughtful welcome gifts for both us and our pets. We have also received prompt and efficient responses whenever we have needed assistance from the maintenance team, which has been greatly appreciated. As newcomers to Dallas, we have truly enjoyed living here. We appreciate the facilities, the modern apartment design, the spacious layout, the quiet surroundings, the cleanliness of the hallways, and the friendliness of the office staff. Overall, our experience has been very comfortable and positive. As a suggestion, we would have appreciated receiving a reminder regarding the community’s trash container policy before being charged a fine. [Current Tenant - 2 years] I moved into the Archive as they were finishing construction on the building. I appreciate the apartment a bit more than the last complex I stayed in. Overall, I love my apartment and the amenities that the complex has to offer, like the pool, gym, and common lounge. It is the main reason I stay at the complex because I simply enjoy the environment of the building. Since I've moved in, there's some pros and cons to the complex (just like all apartments). I'll list them below: Pros: - Staff: I love the staff here. I always go downstairs to talk to them in person and they always help me solve through different issues. Kia has helped me several times with my rent questions/issues. She ensures I don't have to worry! - Maintenance: The maintenance team is great! I hardly have to request service, but when I do they answer quickly and do a fantastic job every time. - The other facility caretakers do a great job at keeping the space clean. Listen I lived here for about 9 months. Great onboarding experience. Helped me secure my first apartment in the US (I moved from abroad). Management changed a few months into my lease. It was fine. Premises was mostly kept clean. Don't park near the trash because it just stinks down there. The staff, at first, were lovely. The cleaning crew, maintenance staff - AMAZING. Support turnaround times took quite some time. It was like the main office, one floor below me, wouldn't reply to emails, messages or anything for days. They overbilled me when I left - claimed I broke a blind that I had NEVER opened - then didn't reply when I spoke about it. Look, the building is new. The pool is nice. It's a nice place to live - but that's it. I wouldn't go out of my way.

I’ve lived at The Archive Apartments for two years. Here’s my honest experience. Apartment Unit: The unit featured modern finishes, high ceilings, a large balcony, and generous closet space. The in-unit laundry and open layout were a major plus. Management & Maintenance: Lorenzo and the maintenance team were consistently outstanding 10/10. They were prompt, respectful, and always provided advance notice before entering the unit, which contributed to a well-managed living environment. The management team changed once during my time here. The last property director is responsive and regularly on-site. While I had limited interaction with the leasing team, my overall experience with both past and present staff was professional and courteous. Amenities & Community: The property offers solid amenities like a pool, gym, and package lockers. Any issues were generally resolved in a timely manner. I love my unit and the sunlight that’s gets into my apartment. It was also brand new so I’m the first person living here. 1000 bonus points for that. There are always parking spots available. The spots are also big, I have a wide body car so that’s important. Neighbors do blast music at all times of the night, but that’s expected. Trash area is always filthy because people have no type of home training. Gyms are always open and clean, halls and elevators are clean. Gate and elevator always working. However Archive does charge you fees that’s aren’t in your lease. Before I moved in I had to get rental insurance or get theirs that they offer. I opted out and got my own. Before I moved in they requested I resend the rental insurance which I did. Months later I’m checking my rent break down and they’ve been also charging me for their insurance. I called and explained the situation and of course they told me to cancel mine. Why have me get my own insurance then still charge me for yours and refuse to cancel it?

They seem to change management every few months and no one knows what they are doing. The place isn’t bad at all it’s the people working in the office that makes the experience unpleasant. The leasing office towed my car for parting a future residents parking. Instead of reaching out and telling me to move my car they just towed it. It pissed me off so bad because I literally just renewed my lease.

Our vehicle was stolen here. Zero help.do not rent here. ****Edit as of May 2024**** I am offering an edit to my review. We were pretty rocky starting out but, our experience has improved considerably! I can only speak for the 4th floor closest to the fitness gym elevator. It’s super quiet, fairly clean, and the maintenance response is 100 percent better. The trash situation with no access to a chute is still weird and I probably would give another half star if that was not still an issue. All in all, I recommend this place: We had a water leak in our apartment. Hole in the ceiling has never been repaired. No follow up even after talking to the office and placing another maintenance order. (Side note: That issue is solved by a drywall contractor so I don’t understand the delay as there are so many in the building working on other new units.) Also, we have ants which are probably a result of the mountain of trash in the trash room because the trash chute does not work. We placed a maintenance request for pe
